Siamese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Bacon fat/Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg beaten 2 (Or More To Taste)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Steamed soy sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), steamed
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In large skillet or wok, heat fat.
Add onion and saute, stirring, until golden.
Stir in rice and saute for 3 minutes.
Add egg mixture, turning it into rice.
Do not keep stirring or rice will become sticky.
Add chicken and soy sprouts, turning carefully once or twice.
