Siamese Fried Rice
|Bacon fat/Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg beaten||2 (Or More To Taste)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)|
|Cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Steamed soy sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs), steamed|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In large skillet or wok, heat fat.
Add onion and saute, stirring, until golden.
Stir in rice and saute for 3 minutes.
Add egg mixture, turning it into rice.
Do not keep stirring or rice will become sticky.
Add chicken and soy sprouts, turning carefully once or twice.
