Beans And Rice
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped or pressed|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Red kidney beans/Prepared black beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, rinsed (Prepared)|
|Water/Chicken / vegetable stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rice||4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked (White Or Brown Variety)|
1. Heat a large skillet over medium4ow heat and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and onion and saute for about 10 minutes, or until the onion is golden.
2. Reduce heat to low, add the spices, vinegar, beans, water or stock and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the beans become very soft. Add salt to taste.
