Holiday Rice

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Precooked rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pistachio nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine chicken broth with remaining ingredients in a buttered 3-cup casserole.
Cover and bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
