Calico Rice

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat, saute peppers in butter for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with salt; toss with rice.
