Picnic Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Chopped bacon slice 3
  Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Soy 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In your kitchen measure all the ingredients for the fried rice, and pack together.
It takes only about 10 minutes to prepare the rice over a small fire.
Cook bacon in a hot frying pan until almost crisp.
Add onion and green pepper and cook slowly, about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
Stir in rice, beaten eggs, soy, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir constantly until eggs are set.
