Plain Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh pepper To Taste
Directions

Put rice into 6-8-cup casserole and add water and salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to a simmer.
Cover.
Simmer 23 minutes.
Remove cover.
Fluff up with two forks.
