Mac Salad is a classic macaroni salad recipe, made with chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and the seasonings. For family reunions and outings, Mac salad is a staple food on the menu. 1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 , grated
1) In a medium pan with 4 cups of boiling water, add a tsp of salt and the macaroni, cook for about 10 minutes.
2) In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, carrots, salt, pepper, curry powder, mix well.
3) Drain the macaroni, allow to cool and mix with the mayonnaise mixture.
4) Add the lemon juice, mix well. Remove in a nice container, cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
