Peanut Butter Rice Snacks
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed|
|Cereal||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Line tray with waxed paper.
Combine corn syrup and sugars in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter; mix well.
Gradually add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.
Drop by level tablespoons onto prepared tray.
Chill 15 minutes or until firm.
