Nutty Brown Rice Stuffing

Ingredients
  Brown rice 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chicken flavor bouillon cubes 2 (Or Envelopes)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 3 Large, sliced
  Onions 2 Large, diced
  Canned walnuts 8 Ounce, toasted, chopped (1 Can)
  Rubbed sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In 3-quart saucepan, prepare brown rice as label directs, adding bouillon.
2. In 12-inch skillet or 5-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook celery and onions until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat; stir in toasted walnuts, sage, pepper, and cooked rice. Use to stuff 12- to 16-pound turkey. Or spoon stuffing into 13" by 9" baking dish; cover and bake in preheated 325°F. oven 45 minutes or until heated through.
