Scrambled Rice

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced
  Celery 125 Milliliter, diagonally sliced (1/2 cup)
  Green peas 125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
  Eggs 2
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cooked)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil, melt butter and saute onion, garlic, celery and green peas for about 4 minutes. Add eggs. When eggs begin to cook, stir mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add rice, stir and serve.
