|Celery||125 Milliliter, diagonally sliced (1/2 cup)|

– In a skillet, heat oil, melt butter and saute onion, garlic, celery and green peas for about 4 minutes. Add eggs. When eggs begin to cook, stir mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add rice, stir and serve.
