Spicy Rice Powder

This is a wonderful recipe for excellent Spicy Rice Powder that you can use in Szechwan Chinese dishes. Grab this perfected Spicy Rice Powder recipe!
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Star anise 2
  Szechuan peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat a medium skillet 30 seconds to 1 minute over high heat.
Add rice, star anise and peppercorns to hot skillet.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir-fry 6 to 8 minutes until rice is lightly browned.
Remove skillet from heat and let cool.
Put browned rice mixture in blender with five-spice powder and process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
