Hot Fluffy Rice

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Regular long-grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat to low; stir mixture.
2. Cover pan and simmer, without stirring or lifting lid, about 15 minutes or until rice is tender, liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork.
