Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
  90% lean ground beef 3⁄4 Pound (Extra Lean)
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Celery stalks 3 Large, chopped
  Bean sprouts 8 Ounce
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet.
Drain.
Stir in onions, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, red peppers and gingerroot.
Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
