Beef Fried Rice
|90% lean ground beef||3⁄4 Pound (Extra Lean)|
|Green onions||6 , chopped|
|Celery stalks||3 Large, chopped|
|Bean sprouts||8 Ounce|
|Chopped fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated ginger root||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Brown ground beef in large skillet.
Stir in onions, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, red peppers and gingerroot.
Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
