Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Green onions 2 , finely sliced
  Baby shrimp 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canned mushrooms 10 Ounce (Drained)
  Soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Rice 500 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil and saute onions and shrimp for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and rice. Season with salt and pepper, and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in beaten egg and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
