Basic Oriental Fried Rice

Basic Fried Rice is a delicious and aromatic flavored rice authentic to Chinese Cuisine. You can make it quiet easily at your place with this brilliant Basic Fried Rice recipe! Trust me your family will finish these in no time!
Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lard/Peanut oil 5 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs with 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
Heat 2 tablespoons lard or peanut oil in a wok over medium heat 1 minute.
Pour in beaten eggs.
Stir continuously until eggs are cooked dry and separated into small pieces.
Remove cooked eggs from wok and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons lard or peanut oil in wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Add green onions and rice.
Stir-fry 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, remaining salt and soy sauce.
Stir to mix well.
Stir in cooked eggs, pepper and sesame oil.
