Ingredients
  Indian brown basmati rice 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Water/Broth 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Carrots 240 Milliliter, julienned (1 Cup)
  Peas 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Onions 240 Milliliter, slivered (1 Cup)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a 8x13-inch baking dish.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
