  Sliced baby leeks/Scallions 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canola oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Brown rice 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Black pepper 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Garlic chives 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Thyme 30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)

Lightly sauté leeks in canola oil until translucent.
Add brown rice, sea salt to taste and water.
Season with black pepper, bring to a boil and simmer about 45 minutes.
When rice is cooked and fluffed, add garlic chives and chopped thyme.
