Steamed Rice

Steamed rice goes well with a number of dishes. Get fluffy and excellent Steamed rice by following this simple recipe!
Ingredients
  Long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Rinse rice in a bowl of water; drain well.
Rinse and drain rice again.
Repeat 2 or 3 times until water is clear.
Combine rice and 4 cups cold water in a 3-quart saucepan with a tight-fitting lid.
Bring to a boil.
Cook over high heat about 5 minutes until almost all water is absorbed.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand covered 15 minutes or longer.
Remove cover and fluff rice with a spoon.
