ITS A RECIPE TO EAT BETWEEN 5 PM TO 9 PM A KIND OF SMALL BUT TASTY MEAL TO FULFILL YOUR HUNGER TILL YOUR DINNER.
Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped spring onions 2 (both green and white portion separately)
  Finely chopped tomato 1
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dry red chillies 2
  Ginger garlic 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhaniya jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 2 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Pudina 1 Tablespoon
Directions

HEAT OLIVE OIL IN A PAN AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS,DRY RED CHILLIES,CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC,SPRING ONIONS(ONLY WHITE PORTION),TOMATOES,SALT AND CLOSE THE PAN.ALLOW IT TO GET COOKED FOR 10 MINS ON A SLOW FLAME.THEN OPEN THE LID ADD ALL THE THINGS EXCEPT RICE MIX PROPERLY AND COOK FOR A MINUTE,THEN ADD RICE AND AND MIX IT PROPERLY COOKING FOR MORE 3 MINUTES.GARNISH WITH CORIANDER,PUDINA AND SPRING ONIONS(GREEN PORTION).

JUST A DAY MY HUSBAND CAME HOME EARLIER AND WAS TOO HUNGRY I GOT A THOUGTH TO PREPARE SOMETHING FROM THE RICE COOKED IN AFTERNOON AND ADDING SOME SPICES AND VEGETABLES TO IT. THIS WAY I GOT THIS RECIPE.
