Ingredients
  Peanut oil 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiled rice 6 Ounce, cold
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch (Ve-Tsin)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cooked peas 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oil in the frying-pan.
Add the rice and, with the back of a large spoon or ladle, break up any lumps to separate the grains and coat them with the oil.
Stir in the seasonings and soy sauce.
Add the onions and cook them for 1 minute.
Pour in the egg and break it up into small segments as it cooks.
Add the peas and cook further just long enough to heat them through.
