Exotic Dessert With Marigold, Rice Flower And Hazelnuts
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Short grain rice/Milchreis, if you happen to live in germany||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped hazelnuts||3 Tablespoon|
|Rice flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Marigold tea||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Made Of Dried Marigolds)|
Add 2 Tbsp of short grain rice in 2 cups of milk; cook and stir ocassionaly.
In the meantime, Chop hazelnuts.
Add 1 tbsp of rice flour and some water. mix it up.
Afer 20 minutes add half cup of sugar and hazelnuts and rice flour mixture and cook for few minutes and put them in 4 bowls.
Put the Bowls in the oven untill brownish on top but not too dark.
After that place them to cool down.
Cook Strong marigold tea.
Put it on pot and starin the tea.
Add some sugar, cinnamon; heated and mixed it up and then add some blueberries.
Put the blueberry sauce on Rice bowls; add some marigold for decoration. Enjoy!
