Orange Wild Rice

Ingredients
  Wild rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), rinsed well
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 Medium, juiced
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely grated orange peel 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (1 Small Fruit)
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mandarin orange sections 3 (For Garnish)
Directions

In large saucepan, saute rice and onion in margarine, stirring frequently.
Add combined orange juice and broth, orange peel, Seasoned Pepper and Garlic Powder with Parsley.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed.
Stir in peas and pecans; simmer 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Garnish with Mandarin orange sections.
