Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked white rice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Ham 5 Ounce, chopped
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 5 , beaten
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan, or even better, in a wok.
Place rice, ham, and green onions in the pan and stir-fry over moderate heat about 3 minutes.
Add scrambled eggs and mix everything well.

What is meant by "moderate heat" for an electric fry pan (all I have)?

Moderate Heat will be 325 to 350 degrees F or 160 to 180 degrees C.
