|Cooked white rice||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Ham||5 Ounce, chopped|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||5 , beaten|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat the oil in a frying pan, or even better, in a wok.
Place rice, ham, and green onions in the pan and stir-fry over moderate heat about 3 minutes.
Add scrambled eggs and mix everything well.
