Last Minute Dinner
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Cut-up cooked chicken/Cut-up cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned green peas||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
In 2-quart casserole, blend soup, water, wine and soy sauce.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with lid.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 4.
After time appears in display window, stir twice.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 minutes; stir twice.
TO COMPLETE: Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Top, if desired, with crushed crackers or buttered bread crumbs.
