Green Bean Almond Rice

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooked brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked in beef broth
  Frozen french style green beans 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Ground white pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add almonds; stir until lightly browned.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes or until tender.
Add rice, beans, white pepper, and tarragon.
Stir until thoroughly heated.
