Green Bean Almond Rice

|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooked brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked in beef broth|
|Frozen french style green beans||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add almonds; stir until lightly browned.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes or until tender.
Add rice, beans, white pepper, and tarragon.
Stir until thoroughly heated.
