|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Original instant enriched rice||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), uncooked|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Italian salad dressing mix/Mild italian salad dressing mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Water||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento/Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add rice and pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with salad dressing mix.
Stir in water; cover.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in pimiento.
