New Year Fried Rice
|Ham||3 , diced|
|Chopped green onions with tops||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cold cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Cook ham in wok or large skillet over medium heat for 2 mins.
Add green onions, stir-fry 1 minute.
Add egg and scramble.
Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains.
Add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
