|Canned fat free chicken broth||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese||5 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Bring chicken broth to a boil and gradually stir in rice.
Cook rice according to instructions on box.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese and pepper until cheese is melted.
