Plain Boiled Rice
|Cooked rice||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced (250 Milliliters)|
|Black olives||60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)|
|Almonds||60 Milliliter, slivered (1/4 Cup)|
|Cheese||125 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup, Of Choice)|
|Salt||To Taste (1 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||To Taste (1 Milliliter)|
€¢ Add all the ingredients to the cooked rice.
€¢ Serve as is or shape into a ring by simply buttering a ring mold and packing the cheese mixture into it.
€¢ If the shaped rice is cold and you would prefer to have it hot, cover with waxed paper when ready to serve and microwave 4 minutes at MEDIUM, in its mold.
€¢ Unmold on serving dish. Fill to your taste.
