Plain Boiled Rice

  Cooked rice 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced (250 Milliliters)
  Black olives 60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)
  Almonds 60 Milliliter, slivered (1/4 Cup)
  Cheese 125 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup, Of Choice)
  Salt To Taste (1 Milliliter)
  Pepper To Taste (1 Milliliter)

€¢ Add all the ingredients to the cooked rice.
€¢ Serve as is or shape into a ring by simply buttering a ring mold and packing the cheese mixture into it.
€¢ If the shaped rice is cold and you would prefer to have it hot, cover with waxed paper when ready to serve and microwave 4 minutes at MEDIUM, in its mold.
€¢ Unmold on serving dish. Fill to your taste.
