Beefy Rice Hot Pot

  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef 8 Ounce, minced
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cooked carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Canned green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained

In a 10 cup (2.5 L) cooking pot, heat oil.
Lightly cook minced beef.
Mix in mushrooms, onion and celery.
Pour in water and cream of mushroom.
Season with salt and pepper.
Over low heat, cook uncovered until meat is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Stir thoroughly.
