Chicken Fried Rice is perfect for all the chicken lovers out there. The flavors and texture of this rice preparation is simply irresistible. Try this brilliant Chicken Fried Rice recipe!
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green chilies 2 , chopped
  Ajino-moto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 1⁄4 , thinly sliced and chopped finely
  Carrot 1 , finely chopped
  Boiled and shredded chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Spring onion 2 , diced

Wash rice.
Soak in water for half an hour.
Cook in chicken stock or water.
When the rice gets done, strain and spread on a tray.
Cool under a fan.
Rice should remain separate.
Heat oil in a wok and fry onions till very light brown.
Add green chillies and ajinomoto.
Add cabbage and carrot.
Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add boiled shredded chicken.
Saute for a minute.
Add salt and sugar.
Add 2-3 tsp soya sauce.
Mix well.
Add rice.
Mix well.
Add pepper powder.
Add spring onions.
Mix well, stir fry for a few seconds and remove from fire.
