Wild Rice And Bulgur Pilaf has a great taste. Wild Rice And Bulgur Pilaf gets its taste from rice mixed with chicken broth garnished with pepper. Wild Rice And Bulgur Pilaf is inspired by many food chains all over the world.
  Wild rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bulgur 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet yellow pepper strips 1
  Parsley sprig 2

Place uncooked wild rice in a strainer.
Run cold water over rice for 1 minute, lifting rice to rinse well.
In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, onion, tarragon, pepper, and rinsed rice.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or till rice is done.
Stir in bulgur and parsley.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Garnish with yellow pepper strips and parsley sprigs, if desired.
