Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  California bartlett pears 2 , diced
  Cooked brown rice 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thin celery slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine lemon juice, garlic, ginger and pepper in small bowl.
Add pears; toss well.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss to coat.
Gently fold pear mixture into rice mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
