Cracked Rice And Raisins

Ingredients
  Raw brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Grind the rice in an electric blender until kernels are half their original size.
2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
