Ingredients
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Water chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly sauteed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, lightly sauteed
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cold)
  Brown mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pimientos 3 , sliced
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cooked brown rice, mushrooms, green pepper, water chestnuts, pimientos, parsley, and green onions in a salad bowl.
Stir together vegetable oil, sea salt, soy sauce, wine vinegar, and mustard.
Pour dressing over rice and toss well.
