Fruited Wild Rice Stuffing
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple chunks||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Extra light margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked wild rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine all ingredients; blend well.
Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole and bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours or cook stuffed in game birds, turkey, capon or chicken.
