Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple chunks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Extra light margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked wild rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine all ingredients; blend well.
Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole and bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours or cook stuffed in game birds, turkey, capon or chicken.
