Ingredients
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Turkey breast slices 1 1⁄4 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  Cooked wild rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned great northern white beans 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned white corn 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned diced green chilies 8 Ounce, diced (2 Cans)
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce To Taste
  Low fat monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and garlic.
Cook and stir until onion is tender.
Add turkey, wild rice, beans, corn, chilies, broth and cumin.
Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until turkey is tender.
Stir in hot pepper sauce to taste.
