Asian Fried Rice

Fried rice is a delicious dish consisting of boiled white rice mixed in a wok with stir-fry oil, soy sauce, chopped onions, ginger, minced garlic, eggs, and other ingredients of your choosing.
  Shredded ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten in a bowl
  Onions/4 green onions, cut up 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked boiled rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Put wok on high heat, let it heat up

Add oil, let it heat up

*Continuously stir contents of wok*

Add ginger, onion, garlic, cook for 1 minute

Reduce heat to medium so garlic does not burn

Add rice

Cook for 5 minutes

Create a well in the wok using the rice. Make a hole in the middle where you can actually see the wok, add the eggs into this well, cook for 1 minute

Incorporate eggs into the rice

Add the soy sauce, let it cook for 2 minutes

Turn off wok, and serve while still warm
