Almonds And Wild Rice Stuffing
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 (As Required)|
|White and wild rice mix||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mandarin orange segments/Jar mandarin orange segments||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix almonds and butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cook in Radarange oven 4 minutes, stirring twice.
Drain juice from orange segments into 2 cup measure.
Add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
Add to casserole.
Stir in rice mixture with seasoning packet.
Cover; cook in oven 13 minutes, stirring mixture once.
Lightly stir in drained orange segments.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
