Wild Rice Stuffing has an improbable taste. The rice and nuts gives the Wild Rice Stuffing a invigorating taste. Wild Rice Stuffing is inspired by restaurants globally. Must catch it.
  Cooked wild rice/Wild/white 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (Two 4 Ounce Cans)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (1 Can)

Combine butter, onion and celery in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Lightly mix in wild rice, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Use to stuff 1 roasting chicken or 4 Cornish hens.
