Wild Rice Stuffing has an improbable taste. The rice and nuts gives the Wild Rice Stuffing a invigorating taste. Wild Rice Stuffing is inspired by restaurants globally. Must catch it.
|Cooked wild rice/Wild/white||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (Two 4 Ounce Cans)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (1 Can)|
Combine butter, onion and celery in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Lightly mix in wild rice, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Use to stuff 1 roasting chicken or 4 Cornish hens.
