Brown Rice Ole

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raw brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Diced green chilies/1 tsp. chili powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Basil/1/4 teaspoon oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
2. Add tomatoes and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Reduce heat. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
