|Long grain rice||225 Gram (Easy Cook Ones)|
|Mixed dried peppers||30 Milliliter|
|Celery stalks||2 , finely sliced|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Turmeric||2 1⁄2 Milliliter|
Put the hot stock and the remaining ingredients into the Slo cooker.
Stir and cook for the recommended time.
Serve hot as a vegetable.
To serve cold as a salad, or with cold meat, rinse well in a sieve under running cold water, drain and dry thoroughly on a clean tea towel or kitchen paper.
Season and add suitable dressing to taste.
