|Chopped mixed dried fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in heavy bottom skillet; add peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
Cook and stir until slightly browned.
Stir in the mixed fruit, cloves and salt.
Then add cooked rice.
Place in a 2 quart, oiled casserole; bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
