Beef And Green Onion Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Butter 20 Milliliter (About 1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Skirt steak 1 Pound, sliced thin (About 450 Gram)
  Cold cooked rice 500 Milliliter (About 2 Cups)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 10 Milliliter (About 2 Teaspoon)
  Green onions 3 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Melt butter in a wok and stir-fry steak until it has changed color.
2 Add rice and stir-fry over high heat until rice is heated through. Add seasonings and serve decorated with finely chopped green onions
