Sole On Rice
This Sole On Rice tastes yummy !A sumptuous meal, this Sole On Rice is a much preferred fare on my lunch menu. Try this fish and vegetables medley and let me know if you like it !
|Cooked enriched rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Sole fillet/Flounder fillet||8 Ounce, cut into 3-inch squares|
In saucepan combine all ingredients except fish and margarine and bring to boil.
Add fish, cover pan and let heat gently until fish is done.
