|Dry onion soup mix||1 Packet|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms and juice||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Beef bouillon cubes||3|
|Raw brown rice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Pour into a baking dish. Cover and bake at 325Â° until rice is tender, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
