Favorite Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Packet
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce
  Canned mushrooms and juice 2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Beef bouillon cubes 3
  Raw brown rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Pour into a baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° until rice is tender, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
