Fried Rice With Chicken Broth
Fried Rice has a fabulous taste. The chicken and mushrooms gives the Fried Rice a sizzling taste. Fried Rice is inspired by restaurants universally. Must catch it.
|Uncooked rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Very finely chopped fresh mushrooms||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken bouillon||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Dissolve 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes In 2 1/2 Cups Boiling Water)|
|Finely chopped carrot||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
1. Add rice, mushrooms, and onion to hot butter in a large heavy skillet; cook until golden brown.
2. Stir broth into rice mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
3. Add carrot and green pepper and toss lightly.
