Wild Rice Loaf

Ingredients
  Whole buckwheat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw wild rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Bring buckwheat, rice, and wild rice to a boil in 4 cups of water. Cover and simmer about an hour. Add more water, if necessary.
2. Saute onion, celery, and mushroom!} until tender.
3. Combine all ingredients, including parsley and cumin.
4. Pour into a nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
