Wild Rice Loaf
|Whole buckwheat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raw brown rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raw wild rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1. Bring buckwheat, rice, and wild rice to a boil in 4 cups of water. Cover and simmer about an hour. Add more water, if necessary.
2. Saute onion, celery, and mushroom!} until tender.
3. Combine all ingredients, including parsley and cumin.
4. Pour into a nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 350Â° for 1 hour
