Ingredients
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce (Water Packed)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 32 Ounce (Juice Packed)
  Brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1 2 oz. mushrooms, sliced can
2. Add rice, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Mix well.
3. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.
