Egg Fried Rice with Fish Cakes

Fried rice is a very popular dish. It is not only delicious but also gives you the liberty of adding ingredients of your choice. Chef Peter Pang shows his recipe of fried rice. It is as simple and delicious.
Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Fish 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Steamed rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Heat oil in the wok.
2. Add beaten eggs and fish, mixed vegetables.
3. Stir everything to mix.
4. Add steamed rice and mix well.
5. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, sesame oil.
6. Stir all together.
7. Serve the fried rice.
