1. Heat oil in the wok.
2. Add beaten eggs and fish, mixed vegetables.
3. Stir everything to mix.
4. Add steamed rice and mix well.
5. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, sesame oil.
6. Stir all together.
7. Serve the fried rice.
